You can reach our customer service daily (Monday to Friday) from 08:30 to 12 am and 01:00 to 5 pm.

By plane: From Cologne / Bonn airport either by taxi (approx. 25 minutes, approx. €30) or by metro der S13 Hansaring station (approx. 18 minutes) and a short walk (approx. 5 minutes).

By train: From Cologne central station (Hauptbahnhof), take the metro line S6 towards Köln–Nippes, the S11 towards Düsseldorf or the S12 towards Hansaring and get off at Hansaring (approx. 5 minutes), followed by a short walk (approx. 5 minutes).

Or you can take metro line 5 from Cologne central station (Hauptbahnhof) towards Ossendorf and change at Friesenplatz station to line 6, 15, 17 or 19 towards Ebertplatz and get off at Christophstraße / MediaPark station. This is followed by a short walk (approx. 5 minutes).

By car:
From the north: A57/Neuss towards Köln–Zentrum, exit Zentrum. The entrance to the underground bypass is located directly behind the railway bridge. From there you can drive to the MediaPark central underground car park (Parkhaus Zentral – PZ).

Alternatively, take the A3/Oberhausen to interchange Leverkusen; then take the A1 towards Euskirchen/Koblenz to interchange Köln–Nord; then take the A57 towards Köln Zentrum or the A1/Dortmund to interchange Köln–Nord; then take the A57 towards Köln Zentrum – for further directions see A57/Neuss.

From the east: A4/Olpe to interchange Köln–Ost, then towards Zoobrücke/Köln–Zentrum.
Follow the road across the Zoobrücke (approx. 3 km) to the television tower (on the left).
Make a U–turn at the first opportunity after the television tower. Take the next right, pass the traffic lights and turn left into the tunnel to Ringstraße MediaPark and the car parks.

From the south: A1/Euskirchen/Koblenz to interchange Köln–Nord, then take the A57 towards Köln–Zentrum; exit Zentrum. The entrance to the underground bypass is located directly behind the railway bridge. From there you can drive to the MediaPark central underground car park (Parkhaus Zentral – PZ).
Alternatively, take the A3/Frankfurt to Kreuz Köln–Ost or the A59/Flughafen/Köln/Bonn to Dreieck Heumar; then take the A3 to interchange Köln–Ost, then drive towards Zoobrücke/Köln–Zentrum. Follow the road across Zoobrücke (approx. 3 km) to the television tower (on the left). Make a U–turn at the first opportunity after the television tower. From the west: take the A4/Aachen to interchange Köln–West; then take the A1 towards Wuppertal/Dortmund up to interchange Köln–Nord; then take the A57 towards Köln–Zentrum and exit at Zentrum. The entrance to the underground bypass is located directly behind the railway bridge. From there you can drive to the MediaPark central underground car park (Parkhaus Zentral – PZ).
